Refund policy

At Shukan Jewellers, every jewellery piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. As most of our products are freshly made to order, we maintain the following policy.

No Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preferences
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.

Reporting Time

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Proof Required

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Unboxing video (recommended)
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Refunds

Refunds are provided only if:

  • The delivered product is confirmed to be damaged, or
  • The wrong product was delivered and a replacement is not available.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Exchange

If the wrong product has been delivered, we will arrange a replacement whenever possible.
