Payment

We accept prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to handcrafted production and differences in screen displays.

Shipping

Most orders are handcrafted after purchase and are generally shipped within 7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on production requirements and courier services.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted only for products that are damaged during transit or if the wrong product has been delivered.
